Terms of Service

These terms apply to getvidout.com and the Vidout service, operated by Wolf Agriculture Tarım Ürünleri Pazarlama ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Koşuyolu Mah. Cenap Şahabettin Sk. No: 114/3, Kadıköy / İstanbul, Türkiye (“Vidout”, “we”). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Vidout produces long-form videos from a brief you provide. The service is in early access: features may change, and access is granted at our discretion.
Your content
You keep all rights in the briefs, scripts, voiceovers and footage you upload. You give us permission to process them only as needed to produce your videos. You confirm that you have the right to use anything you upload.
Videos we produce for you
Subject to the rights of third parties in the footage used, the finished video is yours to publish. Each project has a sourcing setting, and the plan records where every clip came from.
- With open and stock sourcing, clips are used under the licence shown for each clip. You are responsible for following attribution requirements.
- With full-web sourcing, material is located on the public web and clearing the rights to it is your responsibility as the publisher.
- Generated illustrations are marked as such in the plan.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vidout to produce content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, that impersonates a real person in a misleading way, or that presents fabricated events as fact.
Fees
Each plan includes a cost estimate before you approve it. Nothing is charged for a plan you do not approve.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
