This policy explains what personal data Wolf Agriculture Tarım Ürünleri Pazarlama ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Vidout”, “we”) collects through getvidout.com and the Vidout service, and what we do with it.

What we collect
- When you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to manage early-access requests.
- When you use the service: your account email, the briefs, scripts, voiceovers and footage you upload, and the plans and videos produced from them. We use this to provide the service.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to host the site and to run parts of the production pipeline, including AI model providers that process the text of your brief and script in order to generate a plan. They process data on our behalf and only for that purpose. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant, and project data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete either at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, you have these rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or KVKK respectively, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
